I ordered flowers from Flowers by Tony for a special lady for Valentines day. Unfortunately, I screwed up the suite number for the delivery and they didn't make it. After a couple of phone calls, they spoke to the driver, found out where they had been delivered but unfortunately somebody had taken them. The shop sent out another arrangement and the lady got her flowers for Valentines, no thanks to this idiot. Fantastic service, over and above and the flowers were perfect as well. Can't praise Steve and the team there highly enough for doing that. Saved by the Florist!
